Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 12th Tribe pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached to be eligible.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a 12th Tribe E-Gift Card for the return value.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and liners are intact.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
